- Model Questionnaire -

Thank you very much for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire, I know you're all very busy people so I do really appreciate your input on this.

The questionnaire may appear lengthy at first but most of the questions are quick multiple choice answers and the whole thing shouldn't take more than 3 to 5 minutes to complete.

I am in the process of writing an article for photographers on how to properly contact a model for the first time. I think it can sometimes not only be a little intimidating for new photographers but also there is a little confusion of the best etiquette to use when doing so. Also, there are many photographers out there who have organised many shoots in the past that might benefit from hearing the models side of things on the best ways to get in touch with you.

I myself have organised hundreds of photoshoots in past but I may well be doing it wrong too. Instead of passing on any bad habits I may have to other photographers I'd like to hear your thoughts as a model on how best to organise a photoshoot with yourself.

If you'd like remain anonymous for this questionnaire then that's absolutely fine, simply leave the 'name' space blank.  Also if you'd like a link to your modelling page included at the bottom of the article once it's finished then please include it in question two.

Thanks again guys for all your help on this :)
